About us

Glassfibre Products Ltd. is a Caribbean company based in Barbados. It was incorporated in January 2000 by Colin and Janet Appleby, and production started in October of that year. We are now in the 22nd year of our business which has been built on basic principles. Without the customer we do not have a business, and we pride ourselves on our continual drive to maintain a high level of Customer service. We have a strong working relationship with our U.K. suppliers who provide us with consistent products and excellent technical back-up.

Our committment to quality is backed up by a dedicated work force with a wealth of experience. We have our own range of in-house products, and custom-built moulds and mouldings from architectural drawings, sketches or patterns supplied by you the customer.

Glassfibre Products are the suppliers of a wide range of raw materials for the fibreglass industry.

Our resins are of the highest quality Low Styrene Emission and meet all Health and Safety requirements. They are Lloyds, B.S. and W.R.C. approved and our gelcoats are pure isophtalic.

MATERIALS:
Polyester Resin, Isophtalic Gelcoats, C.S.M. 300 grm, 450 grm, 600 grm, Combination 600/300 Stitched Roving, Catalyst, Acetone and Pigments.

ANCILLARIES:
Brushes, Rollers, Coremat, Liquid P.U. Foam, Tissue, Waxes, and Release Agents etc.
